Aggreko Energy Transition Solutions (ETS), a division of Aggreko, a global leader in energy solutions, today announced the acquisition of Infiniti Energy, a premier US-based commercial and industrial (C&I) solar company, from Upper Bay Infrastructure Partners (Upper Bay). Upper Bay, a mid-market infrastructure private equity firm that transitioned Infiniti Energy into an IPP platform and institutional ownership, has fully exited its position in the company. This strategic acquisition significantly expands Aggreko's distributed solar capabilities and asset base, by integrating Infiniti's expertise in solar design, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), together with its pipeline of onsite decarbonization projects.

Aggreko ETS now owns and will operate a 13 MW behind-the-meter solar project in Texas, adding to our 600 MW BESS and Solar Texas Portfolio. This venture is set to deliver predictable cost savings and Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions reductions to our customer, secured under a long-term fixed-price power purchase agreement.

Aggreko ETS has completed the acquisition of nine community solar projects in New York, adding approximately 59 MW of capacity to our portfolio. The first project, a 5.9 MW installation in Vernon, has been successfully connected to the grid. These acquisitions, facilitated through strategic relationships and expert negotiations, underscore our commitment to enabling access to renewable energy for New Yorkers, including low-and-moderate income households.

Farmers Powering Communities, an Aggreko partnership, is proud to headline the Greater Peoria Farm Show 2023. Together with American Farmland Trust and Edelen Renewables, we're committed to developing 500 MW of community solar on agricultural land, supporting the dual mission of energy production and farm preservation.
